- Portugal: 2-3 working days (premium shipping) / 4-6 working days (standard shipping).
- Balearic Islands: 2-3 working days (premium shipping) / 4-6 working days (standard shipping).
If you're not happy with your purchase and the product is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at laken@laken.es and send the product back to our factory in its original condition.
Once we receive it and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll refund the amount (excluding shipping costs). If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it. For more details, please check our return policy.
